I had success with my business and had to hire my first employee.
I decided it was time to grow and built out teams and departments.
I have restructured my business from reactive to a procedural nucleus with systems and processes.
I have bought out other companies and started additional successful companies after the sustained and still continued success of my first business.
Now I'm helping others do the same.

The Long Story
I began my career as a brokers' assistant to one of the most successful land and commercial brokerages in Texas at the time when Collin County was the fastest growing county in the country. During my time at the company, large developments and acreages of land were listed and sold upwards of $200 million a year. This fast paced client facing role gave me the opportunity to learn firsthand about land development, planning & zoning procedures, condemnation hearings, marketing and branding for high end commercial and retail projects, and provided me with a deeper understanding about the legal processes of conveying real estate.
This experience created the foundation to move into risk management for a corporate bank and even enabled me to begin my first company: VBS Real Estate. This real estate virtual assistant company grew from a staff of 1 to a staff of 13 in just 4 short years, where we assist agents in transaction coordination, listing support and marketing.
Shortly after, my very first hire and now friend, Tristan Skiles and I launched our own planner business, Beyond Routine Planner. We were the dominant company for our niche in the industry selling daily planners customized for real estate agents and entrepreneurs.
Being a self-professed business book junkie, I now train real estate agents, assistants and entrepreneurs on the innovative and business minded strategies that I have learned over the years.
Tiffany Haynes & Co are also the coordinators of the 1% Club Conferences and the personal booking team for the #1 Motivational Speaker in the World, Dr. Eric Thomas and his certified speakers.
I am widely known for my innovative thinking, meticulous procedural approach, and personalized attention.
Though I was born in Vicenza, Italy and raised around the globe, thanks to my father's 20 years in the military, I now live in the Dallas area with my husband and two kids.
