Value Your Relationships
The key to being a good business person is developing relationships with prospects and clients – and if you focus on cold, hard stats, you’re not placing enough emphasis on relationship building. If you focus too much on making sales, you miss opportunities to start relationships. To build a long-term, successful enterprise, when you don't close the deal, open a relationship.
